I’ve known this gorgeous momma-to-be my whole life, after all, she’s my third-ish cousin (and, fun fact: we also share the same name). I don’t get to see her nearly enough, but love any chance that I do! When it came time to plan her maternity photos, I had the challenge/opportunity to get creative, since the session would be in November, which can make outdoor shoots very difficult. I wracked my brain, asked around for unique ideas, and came across Seven Arrows Farm, an amazing local tea shop and farm that I knew would be perfect for the couple. Mom-to-be Holly has been a creative, fun, and easy-going, person as long as I’ve known her, and after visiting the location, I knew it was perfect.
The morning of the maternity session began with a pretty steady rain. Luckily the location and plan for the shoot kept us dry inside the greenhouse for the most part. The shoot was filled with lots of laughs, thanks to Dad-to-be Paul (case in point, see the final photo). To top off a great photo session, we sat down over a great cup of tea and caught up for a bit 🙂
